Getting Ready for Your Phase II NIH SBIR/STTR Proposal

This program begins with a morning of basic SBIR/STTR information including: program purpose, eligibility, sources of funding and tools for proposal development. It provides enough information for you to determine if you would like to seriously pursue a grant or contract proposal.
The morning session will be followed by a Mix and Mingle lunch, during which presenter, Becky Aistrup, will be available for questions and informal discussion. After lunch, Becky will present three one-hour segments focusing on SBIR/STTR programs at the National Science Foundation, National Institutes of Health and Dept. of Defense. She will cover basic elements of each program, what they have in common, what is unique to each and how to go about finding a solicitation that fits your technology.
9 AM - Noon - SBIR/STTR Introduction and Overview
Noon- 1 PM - Mix and Mingle Lunch
1 - 4 PM - One-hour each on NSF, NIH, DOD
4 - 5 PM - Becky will be available for additional questions and networking
Optional: June 27, 9 - 11:30 AM
