Russell Correa brings over 10 years of experience as an executive coach, consultant, trainer and clinician to his work. Russell’s work with individuals and teams focuses on creating measurable outcomes that align workplace skills and behaviors with broader organizational goals and objectives. Russell works collaboratively with both local and national organizations, addressing issues that impact employee and organizational health such as leadership & manager development, dealing with change, diversity, work/life balance and behavioral health issues in the workplace.
