When it come to the most vital component of your organization, it is hard to dispute the importance of a motivated and engaged staff. However, with limited budgets and competing priorities, the development and health of your employees sometimes gets the least attention and investment. Gain insights into the unique challenges that nonprofit organizations face in managing, motivating and engaging their employees.


In this session you will learn:

  • The important correlation between organizational health and agency mission
  • Current review of research on employee engagement in the nonprofit industry
  • A better understanding of the gaps and challenges that face your agency
  • How to develop and implement non-monetary based employee engagement strategies (or how to motivate your employees without paying them more money)

Breakfast will be provided.

Please be prepared: Parking is free for the first hour, and $4.50 for the second hour at the 701 building.


About Russell Correa, Ed,M.  and Zeta Consulting Group

Russell Correa brings over 10 years of experience as an executive coach, consultant, trainer and clinician to his work. Russell’s work with individuals and teams focuses on creating measurable outcomes that align workplace skills and behaviors with broader organizational goals and objectives. Russell works collaboratively with both local and national organizations, addressing issues that impact employee and organizational health such as leadership & manager development, dealing with change, diversity, work/life balance and behavioral health issues in the workplace. An experienced speaker and trainer, he has presented on a broad range of topics at both Fortune 500 and nonprofit organizations.

Russell started The Zeta Consulting Group in 2006 to address his belief that nonprofits are historically underserved when it comes staff training and development. Understanding the unique culture that these organizations have, his mission is to support the capacity building needs of his clients and help enhance their community impact.
