This event will be a scaled division only competition.
50 Men / 50 Women
We will be looking for over all work capacity. Competition will not include such movements as Muscle up's, Bar Muscle up's etc....
Understanding that it is going to be cold we will have a small 1300 sqft building for athletes to hang out and warm up and possibly another building for team to setup and stay warm seperate from competition area.
We ask that NO athletes compete if they have competed in an Rx division or any other elite level. This comp is designated for those looking to get involved in competitions for their first time or still working on their movements. Simply put be honest with yourself and respect those competing
There will be no refunds after January 1st 2014. If you get injured during your training leading up to this event we will be happy to deliver your shirt and/or athlete paticipation package.

This list is just a few movements that you may see. NOT all the movements. But if you can manage these movements you will be just fine in the comp.

Anotrher Level CrossFit was established in june of 2011. We have held many events from standard competitions and fundraisers alike. All of our compettions are very well versed and designed for the athletes to have a fun and challenging day. And allow our spectaors to be closely involved.
