Event Details

The Brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity are proud to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as their local and national philanthropy.

Each year, the Gentlemen of Tau Kappa Epsilon host an annual Teke Week which culminates in selecting a representative at our Apollo’s Goddess Pageant. The purpose of this pageant is to distinguish a woman deserving to be titled as ours Philanthropic Ambassador who will represent our philanthropy and our chapter in the best way possible. This lady will be crowned our Apollo’s Goddess.

The mythological patron of Tau Kappa Epsilon is Apollo, one of the most important of Olympian divinities. The Grecian god of music and culture, of light and the ideals toward which all Tekes must constantly be striving. Our Goddess will exemplify the finest development of humanity, as Apollo does.

Join us on April 4th at 7:00PM at the Florida International UniversityGraham Center Ballrooms as we crown a new Goddess! Which Lady will take home the lyre?

Tau Kappa Epsilon at FIU

On November 12th, 1988, Florida International University’s young Greek system—which at the time was home to only one National Panhellenic Sorority and one Interfraternal Council fraternity - was changed with the establishment of the Sigma Alpha chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Since that day, the chapter has been a place where young men can develop mentally, morally, and socially. Sigma Alpha prides itself in being one of the most well-rounded fraternity chapters at FIU, with a wide array of personalities and types of men represented in the chapter- there is no "TKE stereotype" at FIU.
