Registration and Cancellation Information:
The registration fee of $1,500 should be received no later than April 4, 2013. Please follow the steps on the registration ticket to secure your payment. Advance registration can be cancelled and a refund given only if fax, email or written notice are postmarked or transmitted prior to midnight, Thursday, April 4, 2013. Appropriate substitutions may be accepted for registrants who are unable to attend.
