The Fighting SeaBees
Saturday, May 14, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (CDT)
Harwood, United States
Construction workers in World War II in the Pacific are needed to build military sites, but the work is dangerous and they doubt the ability of the Navy to protect them.
After a series of attacks by the Japanese, something new is tried, Construction Battalions (CBs=Seabees). The new CBs have to both build and be ready to fight.
This battle will have two main sides. Japanese and the U. S Navy SeaBees. The objective for the SeaBees is to build a complete fuel depot in the remote field on a Pacific island. We are not talking about a mock build, but a depot that takes construction, material, machinery, tools and of course security. The depot will be built during the game by the SeaBees.
The Japanese, on the other hand, have another idea about that and will do their best to prevent the depot from being completed. There will be many missions and counter missions for both sides. The outcome is completely up to the players; but we can promise this will be like no other game you have played.
Friday Night Meet and Greet. We will have a VIP tent for adult refreshments and card games. Texas Holdem comes to mind! The movie, "The Fighting SeaBees" will be shown Friday night on the big screen. Don't miss the John Wayne classic!
Friday will also host a pistol only contest with the winner walking away with a new Tippmann TPX.
