Let's welcome fall together and celebrate the cuisine of Julia Child. SVUnderground presents a prix fixe menu highlighting the best of late summer and early fall ingredients. Enjoy a rare heirloom grain, artisan cheeses, and unusual ingredients. Feast to the revolutionary cuisine that played a major role in modern day American food. 

This dinner presents an offering of mouth watering appetizers followed by a choice of either the multi course regular or vegetarian courses.

over Heirloon Floriani Red Flint Polenta


Double-Baked Cheese Souffle with Parmesan Cream 
with Foraged Greens and Edible Flowers


Beef Bourguignon on Herbed Potato Gratin with Roasted Garlic and Manchego
Fork tender braised beef tenderloin 


Queen of Sheba Cake with Seasonal Fruit and Vanilla Creme
Rich dark chocolate, almonds, rum cake, fruits, vanilla


Vegetarian Courses:
Potage Parmentier 
Potatoes, Leeks, Foraged Greens and herbed oil


Eggplant, Potatoes and Leek Meatball

Our food is prepared in a Health Department inspected and licensed commercial kitchen. 

 

The location of the event (somewhere in the Menlo Park/Palo Alto/Los Altos area) will be sent 4 days before the event to the email listed on the registration. Parking at the venue is free. 

 

We don't charge corkage if you BYOB, however, you are responsible for opening bottles and serving yourselves. Drink responsibly. 

 

No cancellations on ticket sales please, but you're welcome to transfer tickets to family or friends. A wailtlist is available once tickets are sold out for the event and if seats are added

 

Because we only use the best seasonal and fresh ingredients, menu items may change.

 

Attire is Casual.
