Estate Management Solutions designs our trainings with the understanding of the ever-changing nature of our profession. Content has been developed based on real life Estate Management experiences and input from a variety of industry professionals. This class will continue to change as our industry evolves.
The Essentials Course will take place over two-days and span fourteen-hours:
Saturday 9am – 5pm & Sunday 9am – 5pm
Day-one Essentials will begin by covering intangibles that no one covers in the industry. Moving forward into the rest of day one and into day-two you will learn how to compartmentalize the estate or residence in which you work. Specifically, we will tackle the integration of this information to help with: accounting, task sheets, punch-lists, administrative duties and creating the components of a Household Manual.
