Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
No. General Admission tickets to the event are available to individuals of all ages. VIP Lounge tickets are for attendees ages 21 and up, with valid photo ID. You must be 21 or older (with valid photo ID) to enjoy our alcoholic beverages.
What are my transportation/parking options getting to the event?
Street and garage parking are readily available throughout downtown St. Petersburg for a small fee. Please obey all posted traffic and parking regulations. Some parking meters are free of charge on weekends. Please check your meter for accurate information.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Yes! Tickets are available at our two entrance gates located on Beach Drive and Bayshore Drive, nearest 2nd Ave NE. Sorry - tickets purchased the day of the event are now cash-only.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
BRING: Lawn chairs, blankets, your ID if you plan to drink, your admission ticket, cash (drink tickets are cash only), a camera, and a big smile!
DON'T BRING: Outside food and/or beverages, weapons, fireworks, coolers, tents/canopies.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes - please bring either your printed ticket, or have the scannable QR code on your smart phone (via the Eventbrite App or the Passbook App). If you have won tickets on-air or at a CBS Radio Station Event or Remote Broadcast, please bring your printed voucher (if applicable) and/or a Photo ID if your name has been included on the event guest list.
What is the refund policy?
Sorry, no refunds.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes! One ticket = one admission.
