Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy
The non-profit Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy was founded in 1994 to provide expert evidence-based psychotherapy to clients in the region and state-of-the-art training to mental health professionals from around the world. Aaron T. Beck, M.D., developed this groundbreaking model of treatment in the early 1960s. It is now the most widely researched and practiced form of psychotherapy.
Beck Institute continues to support and promote new breakthroughs in the field, such as treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, medical conditions with psychological components, marital problems, and obesity.
