Fulton Market Kitchen is excited to announce the first evening of The Dinner Project series. Chef Kyle Petersen and Beverage Director Brian Sturgulewski have teamed up to create a four-course dinner that will challenge your palate and intrigue your senses.
Standing up to the vibrant artwork on the walls, guests can expect a meal nothing short of spectacular with ingredients and flavors such as Michigan strawberries, watermelon radish, merguez sausage, black cod and provencale style summer squash that are locally sourced and seasonally fresh.
