EDISON PARK TURKEY TROT INCLUDES STRICT
PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR THANKSGIVING MORNING
CHICAGO, IL: Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced throughout the Edison Park neighborhood on November 24, 2011, Thanksgiving, for the 15th Annual Edison Park Turkey Trot 5K Fun Run/Walk for Charity. “NO PARKING” will be in effect from 5:00 A.M. to Noon.
The Turkey Trot route winds through the Edison Park neighborhood and will affect the following streets:
•6400- 6800 N Northwest Highway (Devon to Overhill)
•6600-6650 N Oketo to Onarga
•6650-6590 W Onarga to Octavia
•6600-6900 N Octavia to Ibsen
•7300-7350 W Ibsen to Odell
•6900-7500 N Odell to Birchwood
•7330-7630 W Birchwood to Ottawa
•7500-6600 N Ottawa to Northwest Highway
The parking restrictions will be enforced and towing of cars that are parked within the parameters of the Turkey Trot route will be removed.

Parking is available on race day at the Metra Station
1 block West from start line (along Olmsted Ave.) The Parking is free.
Be certain not to park in restricted race zones refer to Street closures.
