The Corporate Board's Responsibility for Ethics & Risk in a Time of Crisis is an interactive workshop held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at Rutgers Business School – Newark. This event offers two main components: firstly, a keynote presentation by Reatha Clark King, PhD, Chairwoman of the Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD); and secondly, a crisis exercise with the audience as a company’s c-suite and a mock board, panelists formerly of Danskin and Siemens USA boards.
