Event Details

Senator Marco Rubio was elected to the U.S. Senate from Florida in 2010.  His committee assignments currently include Foreign Relations; Intelligence; Commerce, Science and Transportation; and Small Business and Entrepreneurship. He previously served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2000 to 2008.  He and his wife, Jeanette, have four young children and live in West Miami, FL.

This event is being hosted by the Clements Center for History, Strategy & Statecraft, the LBJ School of Public Affairs, the Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law, the LBJ Future Forum, the College Republicans at Texas, the Alexander Hamilton Society, the Barry Goldwater Society, the Texas Federalist Society, AEI On Campus, the AEI Enterprise Club, the Chicano/Hispanic Law Students' Association, the Hispanic Leadership Initiative, and the Texas Politics Project
