The Buzz on Beekeeping

Master Beekeeper and Master Gardener Bethany Allen-Ford will provide tips on how to start "backyard beekeeping". She will also discuss safety concerns, the awareness of Africanized Honey Bees, the role of pollinators, and then provide a list of plants that attract pollinators. NOTE Location: Palmetto Library, 923 6th Street West, Palmetto.
