Tuesday, June 26th from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Over 70% of the American population plays games, but few know how the industry really works. From consoles to Cityville, this session will cover the fundamentals of the gaming industry, answering questions such as:
- How has the gaming industry evolved over the past 15 years?
- Why did social games succeed and why do they matter?
- How are mobile platforms changing the gaming ecosystem for small players?
- Why is the funding landscape different for gaming startups, and how is it changing?
A few hours before the class, participants will be emailed a link to access the class to the email address they used to sign up.
