The Bike Rack and CrossFit DC – conveniently located a block apart in Logan Circle - have teamed up to offer a twelve class group-based trainer program meeting once a week for twelve weeks. This program is open to cyclists and triathletes of all fitness levels. Just note, however, that this is NOT a spin class! This is an off-season program that has been designed specifically for the trainer, with workouts that are structured to help everyone take their riding to the next level for next year’s races.
- Once a week program meeting every Saturday from 8 to 9:30am at CrossFit DC, and led by an instructor.
- First class will be on December 7th, and will continue without interruption until February 22nd.
- Participants must have their own road or tri bike (sorry, no hybrids or mountain bikes).
- There is a cap of twenty-five (25) participants.
- Cost of the program is $300/$240 for all twelve classes (there are no partial program options or drop-in rates).
- o $300 will give you access to a gym trainer for the duration of the program (Fluid Trainers from Giant).
- o $240 will require you to provide your own trainer for the duration of the program.

At CrossFit DC, we prioritize strength, power, metabolic conditioning, and body control. Our brand of CrossFit emphasizes Olympic weightlifting, borrows from the principles of Westside Barbell, and features creative approaches to conditioning and skill development. In short: we lift heavy, run fast, jump high, and row hard. And in everything that we do, we make sure that our athletes move correctly; recover safely; and make gains not just in the short term, but also for the purpose of lifelong fitness. Every workout has a purpose. Our coaches bring a wealth of fitness knowledge, years of athletic experience, and expertise in specialties ranging from Olympic weightlifting to endurance training. Most importantly, they share a commitment to providing the best possible coaching for each and every one of our athletes.
