The BIG Kickoff

United Way of Central Indiana and the Indianapolis Colts invite you to join us on Monument Circle, Thursday, September 5, for The BIG Kickoff. We are inviting your organization to set up a display on Monument Circle to educate the public about your mission and to promote upcoming volunteer opportunities.
We are using this great event to kickoff not only the 2013 United Way of Central Indiana Community Campaign but also the Colts season. Dave & Rae will once again be providing live entertainment. Meet the Colts cheerleaders, pick up free Colts schedule posters and have it signed by some of your favorite retired Colts players. Only United Way agencies and partners of the Indianapolis Colts are invited to participate.
For those who participated last year, the set-up will be similar. The entire Southside of the circle will be closed to traffic. Tables will be arranged in and around the Southwest and Southeast quadrant. Each participating organization will receive a six-foot table with two chairs. If you would like to bring a tent or other promotional item, just let us know when you complete the registration form. You may purchase an additional table for $15 if you need more space. Please have your table set up by 10:30 a.m., as we always have early visitors. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation. A second email will be sent with the location of your table as well as details about the event on September 3. There is $15 fee per table to participate. This event is a go, rain or shine.
