Treat yourself this Halloween to a luncheon program designed to help unmask your fear of pursuing your personal and professional aspirations. Our speaker, career strategist Beth Bryce, will inspire you with the top seven career lessons from Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg and her popular book, "Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead." She also will explain how anyone can benefit from the "Lean In" movement and provide steps for creating an action plan that will help you achieve the life you want and deserve.
The program will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Apple Mountain in Freeland. The cost is $20 for PRSA members, $25 for non-members and $12 for students. Reservations are required by Oct. 25, 2013.
Beth Bryce, MS, CMCC
Beth Bryce currently serves as director of Career Services and adjunct professor for Northwood University’s Adult Degree Program and DeVos Graduate School of Management. She also is a career strategist, author and founder of Girls2Women Coaching. Beth holds a master’s degree in leadership from Central Michigan University and she is a certified motivational career coach, specializing in women’s career transitions and helping them pursue their career goals.
Beth is a featured co-author in the forthcoming book, "Women on Fire Book 2," by Women on Fire Press. It is a heartwarming anthology of stories written by 21 courageous and powerful women who faced challenges and successfully moved through them. Celebrity endorsements for the book include Marianne Williamson, Maria Shriver, Judy Blume, and Agapi Stassinopoulos.
In her free time, Beth serves on various boards in her community and supports organizations that enhance the quality of life for its youth and women.
