The Basics of Program Evaluation
Facilitated by: Dr. Margo Bailey
This workshop provides a hands-on overview of program evaluation and will cover how to create a logic model, how to apply it to a program, and how to develop outcomes/goals for the program based on the evaluation. Understand how program evaluation can help you:
- Explain or increase the impact of the program;
- Identify strengths and weaknesses to improve the program;
- Verify the program is running as intended;
- Develop goals and create accountability for the programs management;
- Produce tangible programmatic data
