The business of the Board is to act - to make responsible decisions based on deliberative processes and to document these decisions.   Failure to do so can have serious consequences with regard to compliance, liability exposure and risks.  This session explains what boards should know about how to plan, conduct and document successful meetings.  Other important topics to be covered include: knowing when corporate actions require approval from your directors or members; setting up a corporate records manual; and the important role of the Secretary.  Participants will receive sample forms and tools
