The Aetna Cycling Team's Breakaway Benefit
Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM (EDT)
Join us for an amazing night as we debut our new organization and mission for 2013!!
Our Mission is...
To better the lives of youth and young adults through the sport of cycling.
The new Connecticut Cycling Advancement Program (CCAP) is the organization behind this mission. Its goal is to create a system that gives young people the opportunity to become involved in the sport of cycling. It will support youth and young adults in their cycling endeavours spanning from Connecticut's high schools to junior cycling teams all the way to a focused elite team. We believe that at each level of this new support system a young person will have his or her life changed through the power of the sport, and they will have the opportunity to go as far in cycling as their ambition and dedication will carry them. Along the way, as they learn the sport of cycling, they will become strong competitors, leaders and committed members of their communities.
Thank you to our amazing underwriters for the night!...
