The 3rd Annual Villanova Law Corporate Law Society CLE Event - Emerging Issues in Corporate Law: Practical Implications of DGCL Section 251(h) on Corporate Mergers

The Villanova Law Corporate Law Society will host their third annual CLE event on Thursday, March 13 from 6-7:30pm in Room 101 of the law school building. The event will be followed by a networking reception with food and drinks to be served in the commons of the law school building. The event will feature the following speakers:
- Eric Klinger-Wilensky, Partner, Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnel, LLP;
- Rich Aldridge, Partner, Business and Finance Transactions Practice, and Co-Chair of the Group’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius; and
- Peter Wolf, Former Vice President and General Counsel at ViroPharma.
The speakers will be discussing the practical implications of the new DGCL 251(h) on corporate mergers. Attorneys from DE, PA and NJ will be eligible for 1 CLE credit for attending. The fee to receive CLE credit is $35. Parking is available free of charge in a garage adjacent to the law school building.
