We're happy to announce the availability of tickets for the 3rd Annual New York Videogame Critics Circle Awards.
The New York Videogame Critics Circle Awards event will be written and hosted by the Daily Show with Jon Stewart’s Emmy Award-winning scribe, Daniel Radosh. It’s going to be very wry and funny, this year more than ever. Radosh also has written for The New Yorker and Spy magazines.
Our musical guest is Future Folk, an amazing folk duo featuring Jay Klaitz and Nils d’Aulaire. "The History of Future Folk," their awesome movie, was a Critic's Pick at the New York Times. Jay is also the voice of Lester in this year's multi-category nominee, Grand Theft Auto V.
We'll also have an esteemed panel of critics onstage just prior to the Awards to discuss the year in games.
There will be more announcements regarding celebrity presenters in the coming weeks.
Again, we're happy to continue our growing relationship with New York University's Game Center by holding the event at NYU’s Pfizer Auditorium at the MetroTech in Brooklyn. Thanks to the NYU Game Center for their invaluable help.
Admission is free – if you RSVP right here. Do it quickly, however. We expect more guests than ever this year.
To top things off, there will be an After Party outside the Pfizer Auditorium where fans and guests can mingle with game developers and members of the Critics Circle.
We hope to see you at the 3rd Annual New York Videogame Critics Circle Awards!
