  Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable Series

Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable is a quarterly luncheon series dedicated to examining, analyzing, reviewing and predicting the critical issues in Brooklyn real estate.

To kick off the 2014 series, we will host the 3rd Annual Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable Kick-off cocktail party. Enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres at Brooklyn Historical Society on Thursday, January 23rd from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Tickets are $50 per person. Free with your purchase of a 2014 Real Estate Roundtable Series subscription.

The Real Estate Roundtable luncheon takes place quarterly, generally on the first Tuesday of the month. Networking cocktail reception in the BHS Othmer Library begins at 12:00 p.m. The luncheon program commences at 12:45 p.m. in the Great Hall.

About the Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable

Located in the 1881 landmarked Brooklyn Historical Society building, the Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable is a quarterly luncheon series dedicated to examining, analyzing, reviewing and predicting the critical issues in Brooklyn real estate. It's where all of Brooklyn's real estate professionals gather to discuss timely and important issues affecting the industry. Attend the Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable and join participants from firms such as Muss Development, Toll Brothers, Thor Equities, Hudson Companies, Brody Group, Jamestown – Industry City,Forest City Ratner, Two Trees Management and Douglaston Development. All Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable proceeds benefit the Brooklyn Historical Society.


Speakers at the Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable have tackled issues such as demographic changes, financing availability, transportation initiatives, hotel economics, crime and economic analysis, all with a Brooklyn focus. Past speakers have offered useful, detailed information about specific projects such as 1000 Dean Street in Crown Heights, 185 Plymouth and Water Street projects, Atlantic Yards, Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO retail and the DUMBO office market, to name a few.
