The 2013 NMX Smart Passive Income Las Vegas Buffet Dinner Meetup!
Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PST)
Las Vegas, NV
I'm in Las Vegas for New Media Expo 2013...and I'd love to meet up with you!
If you'll be in town, whether you're attending New Media Expo or not, come join me and other Smart Passive Income fans on Sunday, January 6th at 5:00pm after the day's presentations are over for a meal (or a bunch of meals) at the Rio Hotel's world-famous, award-winning Carnival World Buffet!
Great food, great drinks and awesome company - what else can you ask for? :)
I figure 5-8:00pm will be perfect so that we can still have time to digest and prepare for any sort of events that may be planned for that evening. Plus, you're going to need food anyway so you might as well eat at the buffet!
You can't go to Vegas and NOT eat at a buffet, right?
Here's a quick FAQ:
1. Why is there a $5.00 charge?
A $5.00 charge will make it more likely that the number of people who sign up to attend will actually go. I need to give Rio a ballpark number close to the event date. The money will go towards the tip for our server(s).
2. How much is the buffet?
Dinner normally costs $29.99, but let me work my magic and see what I can do. I'll let you know what the price will be before we go in.
3. Where do we meet exactly?
Plan to meet right outside the buffet area at 5:00pm. If you're lost, just ask a Casino worker and they'll provide you directions. We'll congragate and then go in together maybe 15 minutes later to give stragglers time to arrive. Look for a big group of people and/or my red "Hi, My Name is Pat" backpack. :)
4. Do I need to bring my ticket?
Nope! Actually, you won't get a ticket, but I'll have your name on the guest list so don't stress about having to print out anything.
4. Can I bring a friend?
Of couse! Just be sure to purchase an extra ticket for them so that I can have a more accurate headcount. I'll see on the guest list that you will be bringing additional people. Don't go crazy and invite a stadium's worth of people, but an extra 2 or 3 people max would be okay. Please note that there is a limit to how many people can attend.
5. How many people are going to attend the meetup?
I'm not sure exactly, but I don't care if it's 1 other person (you) or 50, or more - I'm going to enjoy meeting everyone no matter what!
6. Can we talk business during the buffet?
As long as you don't talk with your mouth full, we can talk about whatever you want! I may be circling around the table(s) to chat with everyone, but I'm sure you'll meet people there you can strike up a conversation with too. It's gonna be awesome!
I look forward to meeting you! Ticket sale ends when 2013 starts!
