2013 Moneywise Financial Empowerment Tour

The Moneywise Empowerment Tour, considered one of the premiere African American faith based asset-building tours in America, is the official outreach program of the Moneywise with Kelvin Boston PBS series. The Moneywise tour has traveled throughout the United States, Europe, Japan and the Middle-East serving more than 40,000 Americans since 2006.

Today, the Moneywise tour provides needed financial information to under-served African American communities that have been disproportionately impacted by the recession. The tour help attendees take control of their financial futures, increase their assets, stabilize their communities, safe guard their financial resources, secure their homes, and overcome their financial fears.

3rd Annual Moneywise Empowerment Tour at the Historic Metropolitan AME Church

Over the past two years, The Moneywise Economic Emancipation Summit has engaged over a thousand African American attendees at the historic Metropolitan A.M.E. Church located at

1518 M Street, NW in Washington, DC 20005 on December 7, 2013. This third Moneywise Summit is expected to attract hundreds more attendees who are committed to securing their financial futures.

(8:30 am to 4:30 pm) will feature keynote presentations from some of Black America’s leading economic thought leaders and informative break out sessions lead by best selling authors, banking professionals, noted financial experts and business consultants.
