Event Details

Contrary to popular perception, the underlying trends nationally and in Illinois bode well for liberty and free markets—but the jury is still out on whether this will be manifested in election results. Please join us on January 12 as we host Michael Barone for a cocktail hour discussion on what the 2012 election will look like.

Michael Barone is a renowned and respected political historian who is at the forefront of American political coverage. As senior writer and author of the bi-monthly column, “The National Interest,” Barone explores and analyzes political issues with passion and clarity. Barone’s work has appeared in The Economist and The New York Times, among many others.

Appetizers and drinks will be served.
