Texas Hill Country comes to Hillsboro Village!
Jackson's Bar and Bistro is teaming up with R.B. Quinn and Mindy Merrell in Hillsboro Village for a Texas Brisket Nashville Pop-up Dinner. They’re going strictly old school, slow smoking beef brisket and sausage just like the historic meat markets of Central Texas. No pork butt, no sweet barbecue sauce, no secret rub, but plenty of straight-up smoke, salt and pepper, plus the essential Texas entourage of white bread, crackers, pickles, onions and jalapenos.
Texas Brisket Nashville full bar opens at 6pm featuring Big Red Cocktails, Jackson’s Margaritas and plenty of cold beer. Dinner at 7pm.
A limited number of presale tickets at $25 per person are available. Tickets will also be available the night of the dinner at Jackson’s until the brisket runs out.
