We invite you to join us for a special full-day workshop program at our Plainville Training Center. Our program includes a series of presentations, demonstrations and hands-on workshop exercises designed to explain and illustrate current best practices for terra cotta repair and coating.
Terra Cotta & Stone Repair
This newly updated workshop program features expanded hands-on components, allowing participants to enjoy a more in-depth experience in working with terra cotta and stone repair systems.
Expert instructor John Harry will demonstrate the techniques and approaches required to achieve both esthetic excellence and high durability in repairs to stone and terra cotta. Participants will have an opportunity to complete training exercises in patching, profiling and finishing using a range of repair materials, glazes, adhesives and finishes. Chemical Engineer Michael Edison will discuss repair system formulation and performance. Advanced topics include discussion of the importance of proper work sequencing and issues revolving around working on saturated terra cotta buildings.
