An etiquette and social excellence program for your boy or girl in grades 9 – 12
As parents, we all want our children to succeed.
Give your teen the opportunity to exceed his/her potential by providing him/her with the knowledge and the social skills to respond appropriately to challenging situations.
The Etiquette Seed’s Teen Leadership Program will assist in providing a well-rounded foundation for your independent teen.
THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
· Principles of manners
· Formal and informal table manners
· Social media manners
· Body language and non-verbal cues
· Tips for interviewing and volunteering
· Being a safe, polite vehicle passenger
· Cell phone and telephone etiquette
· Etiquette for written correspondence
· Communication & listening skills
· Handshakes & proper introductions
· The program will end with a formal dinner where the participants will practice the lessons learned. (Fee includes the price of dinner.)
Each participant will also receive a graduation certificate and related materials.
By the end of this class, your teen will have gained life-long skills and confidence that will help them in every aspect of life. We take GREAT joy in watching our participants blossom and change from shy or disinterested teens to excited youth, fully engaged in the program, and clamoring to show what they have learned.

What time does check-in begin?
Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the program time. Upon arrival, you will need to go to the registration table located just outside the meeting room to sign in and gather materials.
Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early, to find a seat and get settled in. The program will be begin promptly on time.There is a lot of information to cover and it is not fair to the other participants to have to wait.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please do not bring anything with you. All materials needed for the program will be provided.
If you must bring a cell phone, it will be placed in a basket upon arrival and returned once the program is over. The contact information of the instructor will be given to all parents beforehand in case of emergency.
What do I wear?
Dress casual wear is preferred (what you would normally wear to church or to a nice dinner).
No flip-flops, jeans, or hats, please.
Is there a cost for parking?
No. There is no cost for parking.
Where do I park?
As you pull into the hotel parking lot from International Parkway, follow the road around, past the main entrance, to the right. Parking alongside the right side of the hotel will provide you access to the main doors leading directly to the conference rooms.
Will drinks/food be provided?
Please ensure that you have eaten a good breakfast.
Water will be available throughout the program. Please do not bring any food or drink with you.
A formal dinner (including salad, entree, and dessert) will be served at the end of the program, giving you the opportunity to practice the lessons you have learned.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
50% of the program fee is refundable up to 21 days prior to the program date. The remaining 50% may be applied toward attendance of a future program within the following six months.
After the 21 day cut-off period, 100% of the fee will be retained.
