MFA Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts in New York City is proud to present a forum for discussing the future of cities.
Coinciding with TEDCity2.0 -- a TED-hosted event that will focus on how bright urban ideas turn into collective impact-- TEDxSVA is a student-led event to share ideas and work related to designing the urban future.
The one day event will include presentations from MFA Design for Social Innovation diverse and international students about their work and points of views on cities, and live-streamend content from TED's conference.

Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts is the first MFA program for leaders who will use the power of design to solve human and business problems. Through experience-based learning, students from diverse backgrounds are immersed in the context, tools and skills of design for social innovation, fostering transformation at a systems level to create a resilient future for organizations and communities.
