On February 22nd, at KQED, we will search for one of the TEDxSFED speakers. The chosen speaker will present on April 9th at the official TEDxSFED event held at SOMArts.

Attend, watch the presentations and vote on who should speak at TEDxSFED on April 9th.
After the presentations, there will be discussion groups.

KQED STUDIO TOUR
In addition, there will be a studio tour of KQED from 5pm to 5:45pm. Registration will open is now open and we can only accept 30 people. If you attend the studio tour you will also be able to attend the “speaker search”.

When & Where
TEDxSFED is an independently organized TEDx event that focuses on rethinking the world of education. The the current theme for TEDxSFED is mashEDup: re-imagine education. The goal of the event will be to highlight new and different ways to approach learning in an effort to help change the status of today’s education system. TEDxSFED will showcase a mosaic of these new learning paradigms with speakers who are re-imagining education both in and out of the classroom.
