Come meet with and hear from some of the best technical recruiters in the Bay Area and learn about the tools they use to manage candidate pipelines and how they continually engage their teams / hiring managers in the recruiting process, from sourcing to offer.

Aline Lerner used to code for a living and now works on hiring engineers. She headed up hiring at TrialPay and Udacity and now runs her own, eponymous technical recruiting firm. Aline regularly blogs about what's broken in tech recruiting and (hopefully) how to fix it.
A.J. is Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Sungevity. He has worked as Managing Director at Premier Staffing working with the Bay Area’s top startups, creative firms, financial institutions, non-profits, and more, and at KSL Capital where he oversaw Training and Development initiatives. A.J. finds the most joy in putting together strategic recruiting plans, and creating ways to “win” across the board.
Moses has spent his career finding talented people in the Silicon Valley and matching them with great companies. He’s worked with notable companies such as Google, Adobe and Silver Spring Networks. He’s recently moved to the start up space working with companies funded by Google Ventures, Sequoia Ventures and A16Z.
