San Francisco’s public schools need more funding.
When parents are engaged in their child’s education, that child has a much greater chance of success in school and in life. That’s why edMatch is hosting the Tech-Savvy Scavenger Hunt to encourage the community to participate and get excited about our public schools, while fundraising and having fun, too! edMatch is partnering with local businesses, Bay Area non-profits and passionate individuals to get engaged and participate in an exciting fundraising event for San Francisco schools.
Sign up to create a team with your friends and co-workers, explore San Francisco, collect cool swag, and raise funds for San Francisco public schools.
How Does the Tech-Savvy Scavenger Hunt Work?
Each team will be given a series of missions they need to complete to earn points. Each team will solve missions using their smartphone and send their answers to headquarters. These “missions” will be a mix of creative, fun and educational tasks that challenge the teams to work together and to explore the city in new ways. Our goal is to get 1,000 participants, and the team that completes the most missions wins.
