Damien Patton is the Founder/CEO of Banjo
Banjo is the mobile technology that provides real time content discovery by location across all major social networks. Damien leads the product development and technology strategy, resulting in a global presence with over 3.5 million users in just 17 months. Under Damien’s leadership, Banjo’s patented mobile location technology has received multiple awards.
Damien’s passion for problem solving is at the hallmark of everything he does. He has put his talents to use in some vastly varied disciplines. In addition to being a four-time entrepreneur, he served in Desert Storm, was the Chief Mechanic of a top NASCAR team and a crime scene investigator (no joke!) while working full time in the role of COO for a technology company.

When Olympic athletes, members of Congress, venture capitalists, and CEOs hit a block, they call Lauren Fritsch. She is an executive coach and consultant, helping leaders who want to grow their businesses rapidly with grace and love. Her work has been spotlighted by ABC, Let's Talk Live, Katie Couric, Design*Sponge, The Guardian, the INC 5000, Social Media Week, and SXSW. When she's not helping her clients and their teams, you can find her throwing impromptu solo dance parties, scouring vintage stores for items both sequined and sparkling, leading retreats through sun salutations, designing organic perfume and/or CX.

Jen McCabe is a detail-oriented operations geek with experience in day- to-day operations, production/manufacturing, and marketing/sales. She is a Y Combinator alumna (summer 2010) for Contagion Health, seed funded by Founders Fund Angel and Esther Dyson. The company nerged with Buster Benson’s Health Month in the summer of 2011 to create Habit Labs. McCabe left Habit Labs to lead various aspects of new product lifecycle at Romotive, a rapidly growing Sequoia-funded Series A robotics company, which creates a personal mobile robot—Romo—that uses a smartphone as its brain.
Rachna Choudhry cofounded POPVOX in 2010 to connect people with their members of Congress. She is responsible for marketing POPVOX's tools to organizations and trade associations. Choudhry also provides content for users, so they always have new issues to consider and are able to share their voices. She is based in Washington, DC and attended both the University of California, Los Angeles and Georgetown University.

Improving the probability of commercial success for medical innovations
Divya Nag studied human biology at Stanford University before leaving to pursue a passion in medical innovation. She has co-authored over 17 publications in the fields of stem cell biology and regenerative medicine, and has presented her research at top academic conferences. Nag first became involved with medical entrepreneurship as one of the cofounders of Stem Cell Theranostics, a biotechnology company dedicated to revolutionizing the drug discovery process through the use of patient-specific induced pluripotent stem cells. Nag also founded StartX Med, an initiative to accelerate the development of high-impact medical entrepreneurs around the world.
