Radfar is co-founder & chairman of AddThis, the world's largest social infrastructure and data platform for publishers and advertisers. Reaching 1.3 billion unique users monthly, AddThis social plugins and analytics are used by over 14 million web sites to increase traffic and engagement. AddThis' social data platform leverages over 100TB of data daily to enable over 500 brands to reach connected audiences around the world via real-time bidding platforms.

Alexis Juneja - Co-Founder and VP, Strategic Development of Curbed Media
Alexis is Co-Founder and VP, Strategic Development of Curbed Media, a lifestyle media company. The company delivers intelligence on real estate & design; dining & nightlife; and, shopping & style via its three brands: Curbed, Eater & Racked. Through the years, Alexis has been involved in every stage of company development from incorporation, to ad sales, to capital raising; she now focuses on strategic partnerships and corporate development.
Prior to joining Curbed full-time, Alexis worked in investment and organizational management with particular emphasis on venture capital & private equity at Cambridge Associates, Goldman Sachs, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Corporation, FLAG Capital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering. She received a BA from Wesleyan University and a MBA from Harvard Business School. Along the way she earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, which has no relevant application to running a digital media company, so far. Alexis is a mentor for DC-based, Acceleprise.
