Event Details

Come join us for a fitness vacation experience like no other! The 1st Annual Team TriDaily Austin Triathlon Training Camp will provide you with the opportunity to receive some intense training, solid education and great camaraderie. Team TriDaily is committed to insuring all your needs are taken care of so that you can come to the camp with your focus on training and enjoying the experience. This weekend is all about YOU!

The camp includes breakfasts, lunches and one group dinner, all training nutrition (gels, sport drink, water, salt tabs, nutrition bars), professional bike mechanical support, professional coaching support, and some great swag! (We have to leave some things as a surprise!)

The camp is designed for the beginner to advanced level triathlete with specific information being given to 70.3 and Ironman racing. The camp is limited to 35 people to insure optimal quality for your experience.

Hotel Information

Our host hotel for the Austin Camp is the Embassy Suites Town Lake. We have a special rate at the hotel of $165.00 per night. To access this rate, rooms must be booked by 8/9/2013. To book a room, call the hotel and request the “TRI DAILY” rate. All evening lectures will be held at or leave from the Embassy Suites:

Car Rental

Athlete Fitness

TriDaily camps are structured to support any level of athlete. Our number one concern is athlete safety, comfort and satisfaction. At a minimum we encourage a fitness level of at least 500 meters swim, 12 mile bike and 3 mile run.

Ride Share

Dont like to travel alone? Not a problem. Let us know if you are interested in ride sharing. We wil do our best to match you up with other campers that are interested. Contact Jeanne for more information jeanne@tridaily.com

Camp Includes

    • Fueling for all workouts provided by TriDaily (GU Gels, Chews and Electrolytes)
    • Recovery nutrition and drinks provided for all workouts
    • Lunch and Dinner for 2 days and nights (one night dinner in and one night dinner out, along with two lunches in)
    • Fruit & Veggie platters served with ALL provided meals
    • Access to TriDaily Coaches for the duration of the camp
    • Certified coaches dedicated to “work” the camp and stay with groups on the bike to ensure no one gets lost!
    • Free attendance to one nutrition talk by TriDaily Coaches and Registered Dietitian Jennifer Gavia
    • Free attendance to Q & A session with TriDaily coaches including Ironman/ITU Elite Athletes
    • 30 minutes massage by a professional masseuse (must sign up prior to camp)
    • 2 swim sessions at Lake Marble Falls (dedicated access to TriDaily group)
    • Beautiful, challenging country roads for riding/running (NOTE, Athlete Fitness above)
    • Professional bike mechanic support throughout camp along with lead/sag vehicle for key rides and runs

3:30-5:00pm    Run 70.3 course (Supported)
6:30-8:30pm    Dinner, Lectures, Review, Nutrition Overview

Sunday, September 1st

8:00-10:00am Open Water Swim Clinic
10:00-10:30pm  Breakfast / Snacks
10:30-12:30pm Bike and Hill repeats
1:00-2:00pm     Lunch @ Embassy Suites
2:00-4:00pm Run drills and technique
6:30-8:30pm     Group Dinner, Round table discussion with TriDaily staff, Review and Wrap Up

Rates

Our pricing is simple! One price, one fee, thats it.  All fees include lunch, dinner, snacks and park entry fees. $475.00 per person is required.

Refund Policy

We are confident you will not want to miss out on this opportunity. Due to the high demand and limited space, refunds and transfers are not permitted.

USAT Membership

All TriDaily camps are USAT sanctioned. You must be a USAT annual member or purchase a one day membership to participate in the camp. A one day membership can be purchased on your arrival to the camp
