Mr. Jeff Colclough is a Vice President and Strategic Acquisition Manager responsible for the leadership, business strategy, and customer interface of SAIC’s Warfighter & Mission Services Division (WMSD).
With more than 30 years of professional experience within the intelligence community Mr. Colclough possesses a unique combination of experience in the technical, managerial, operational, and information technology fields. As a twenty year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, his key career highlights included key roles as Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Systems Supervisor in Berlin Germany during the cold war, Senior Measurements and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) Space Systems Analyst inside NORAD’s Cheyenne Mountain Complex, Test Director for both Air Force & United States Space Command and a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Deputy Program Manager for Combat Systems Integration.
