TCSA Quality Framework Pre-Conference Work Session - Mon 12/3 - 4pm

- The TCSA Self-Assessment Results Report, a multi-page results results summary of your charter's and each campus' Self-Assessment.
- The TCSA Benchmark Comparative Report, a detailed report that helps compare your results with other charters. All reports are masked--only you see your data.
- The TCSA High/Low Comparative Report, an automatic report that displays up to 5 areas of success and 5 areas that you and your leadership team may wish to target for improvement.
- The TCSA Data Pack, which includes charts, tables, and graphs filled with longitidunal enrollment, demographics, and performance data. These graphs and charts can be used immediately by your staff for comprehensive needs assessments, grant applications, board reports, and other required reporting.
How can I use the reports to plan my conference? The High/Low and Comparative reports will tell you which areas you rated lowest for your charter and for each campus. Each conference session will be matched to a system of the Quality Framework. Prioritize your highest needs to conference sessions that match those needs.
Who should come? You and your leadership team--including Superintendent, CFO, CAO, and principals. Each team member may respond to different sections of the Quality Framework. For example, the CFO may respond to the Fiscal Management indicators while each prinicipal will have access to campus-level indicators.
What should you bring? Bring your laptops--the Quality Framework process is now entirely web-based! TCSA staff will be there to walk you through the online version and show you all of the great new features now available.
