Tax planning needs to start the day that you decide to start a business, and failure to adequately prepare on the front end could result in your paying 30-50% more in the end.

This program will focus on maximizing your cash strategy while minimizing the amounts that you have to pay in taxes. We will cover recently enacted rules and hot buttons related to investments and transactions, as well as domestic, overseas, and capital repatriation strategies.

  • New net investment income tax rules
  • Qualified small business stock exclusion
  • Considering low tax jurisdiction benefits
  • Benefits and Myths of International Tax
  • How international tax rules work

Their practice is a robust full market practice — cutting edge, complex and dynamic, simultaneously regional, national and international in scope. K&L Gates LLP comprises more than 2,000 lawyers who practice in 48 offices located on five continents.
