Join us for a class lead by Chef Chris Papilis as he guides us through traditional Greek recipes.

Smelt or Calamari with Skorthalia the ancient Greek Dipping sauce

Feta and Tomato Salad with Mediterranean herbs and Lemons

Spanikopita - The classic spinach appetizer is a crowd favorite and full of flavor

Fried Potatoes - The Greeks certainly will give the French a run for their money on their take on Frites

Pork Souvlaki - Adapting to the terrain of Greece, pigs were much more suited to being raised than cattle.  This version is simply grilled with great herbs and lots of lemons

Loukoumades - Nothing better than Greek doughnuts in honey to end the meal

Cost is $95.  Class begins at 5pm.
