Spend an evening in Sicily as you cook your way through traditional Sicilian fare that shows off the wide range of flavors and hybrid of cultures found on this fascinating southern Italian island.
On the Menu: Citrus, Fennel, and Olive Salad; Caponata with Summer Vegetables; Ziti with Eggplant, Tomato, and Salted Ricotta; Braised Cauliflower with Saffron, Raisins, and Pine Nuts.
