This month Supper Club is a Four Course Wine Pairing and will be held at a private home in the Hollywood Hills. Feast on multiple courses with new friends and old friends as one of my favorite musicians delights us with original tunes. All wines provided by World Wine Headquarters. I'll send out details for the exact address before the soiree.

What is Supper Club?
Once a month I host a supper club that wanders from warm and welcoming L.A. homes to art galleries and special event venues. The purpose of the supper club is to take from the local seasonal bounties and create from them new and exciting dishes that expand my boundaries as a chef and artist while perfecting different techniques. Within the basic framework of supper club there consists three courses and a complimentary cocktail to awaken the palate. In addition, the atmosphere is sweetened with the live performances of local musicians. All are welcome to attend and enjoy.
