It’s been a long winter, hasn’t it? Celebrate the spring season with us at our Tapas and Vodkas night on March 26th! We’ve worked with William Grant and Sons (WGS) to create a bright and refreshing four-course vodka dinner that makes you forget the polar vortex.
Our evening starts off with William and Grant Sons Cocktail Hour at 5:30pm. The WGS Team will be on had to swap stories and sample top shelf spirits like Milagro Tequila and Hendrick’s Gin. And since we’re the Vodkatorium, our bartenders will be on hand to create cocktails and infusions inspired by Reyka Vodka.
Throughout the Willam and Grant Sons Cocktail hour, we’ll be collecting tickets for our Vodka Passport Raffle. And trust us, you’re going to want to enter the raffle. The winner of our Vodka Passport Raffle will get 15 complimentary vodka cocktails for future use at Bluephies.
At 6:30pm, our party switches gears from being all about the cocktails to being all about the food, as our four-course vodka dinner begins.
Our first course sets the tone for a night of fun with a little bubbly and bacon! We’re pairing a Reyka-inspired champagne cocktail with goat-cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon.
What could possibly follow bubbly and bacon? How about a Moscow Mule? We’ve deconstructed the classic mule with mint and lime Reyka infusion. To set off the infusion, we’ve teamed it with a ginger mint and carrot soup
Our third course is like a Paula Abdul song…straight up. We’re pairing our no-frills Reyka with fish tacos and a mango salsa.
Although all good things must come to an end, our final course is so tasty that you can’t be bummed that the night is ending. We’ve coupled a house made raspberry and ancho creme de cacao with a decadent raspberry chocolate tart. Trust us, it’s amaze-balls!
Our evening ends with announcement of our Vodka Passport Raffle winner.
