How do I know where to login?

Once you RSVP, you are good to go. Ducky will email a day before the event with the URL and login information. Simple.

What do I see when I log on?

You’ll be on a webpage that shows the content we broadcast for you. Ducky tends to flip between words, images and live video. You’ll hear her delivering the material live.

Do I get to ask questions?

Yes! We have a chat room embedded into the page so you can ask questions and communicate with Ducky throughout the presentation. Or you can sit quietly and just take it all in. Participate on whatever level you feel comfortable.

Who can participate?

Anyone 18 years or older.

Can I email questions in advance?

Yes. Please do. Send them to: ducky@tantusinc.com Be sure to include the title and date of the class you are attending.

How long will the class last?

One hour. We will start on time and end on time.

What time is the class?

4pm (ET) / 3pm (CT) / 2pm (MT) / 1pm (PT)

If I miss the class can I reschedule?

What if I RSVP and then find can't attend?

There are limited spots in this online class. This class will sell out. There is high demand from beautiful, eager minds. PLEASE DO NOT RSVP unless you are sure you can attend. If you RSVP and miss the class, you have taken a spot from someone else. If you RSVP and find you cannot attend, that’s ok. Just cancel your RSVP via eventbright at least 24 hours in advance. Then we can open that seat up for someone else.

Can I participate with my partner or a friend?

Yes, as long as the two of you are in front of the same computer, you can share the class with anyone in the room.

What kind of equipment to I need to participate?

We do suggest wearing headphone or ear buds that connect to your computer, especially if you need to listen to the presentation privately.

Do I need to download software to participate?

Yes. But it’s tiny and simple to use. We use a system called gotomeetings.com. If you have used gotomeetings before, then you already have the plugin. If not, it takes a few seconds to install. When you login to the meeting, the system walks you through the process. Can I use my iPad or table?

You can try. Gotomeetings does offer an app but past participants say it has limitations.
