The City of Toronto has established a corporate talent assessment tool and talent management review process that integrates past performance, talent potential and career aspirations. TPH Managers/Supervisors including individual contributors (non-union employees without direct reports) will be piloting the talent Assessment between November 2014 and January 31, 2015.
During this session you will learn all about the Talent Assessment - what it is about and how to complete the process and assessment tool. You will also receive a copy of the Talent Assessment Tool and Guide.
