Let's Jump Start Your HEALTH!  New Year = Better You! 

Join us for Taking Steps To A Healthy You class & 21-Day Health Challenge!  Your health is so important for overall wellness and happiness. Just taking a few small steps at a time can make a big difference in building a healthy life. Get informed about healthy living practices. WE Co-founder and Health Coach, Nancy Gonzalez, and special guest, Deborah Altman, will help create a plan for you to start taking those healthy steps in your daily life and stay accountable. Be a Healthier & Happier YOU! Register to get started! Win some raffle prizes too!

Get ready to make 2014 your year to take charge of your health! We'll close the class with a short 20-minute workout to get you going! (Hint: bring your exercise clothes!)

Class topic will cover:

  • Defining personal wellness goals
  • Incorporating better nutritional foods / meal plan guide
  • Shifting mindset
  • Exercise tips & weekly workout class (3 weeks)
  • Weekly Accountability "Check-In"
  • Bi-weekly "Reminder" messages
  • Group page to share progress, support and cheers
  • Personalizing your 21-Day Health Steps
  • 20 Minute Workout

BONUS: Special guest speaker, Deborah Altman, will talk about self-care, goal-setting, stress and adjusting during transitions. Deborah is a National Certified Counselor; she works to empower and motivate women to reach their goals.

RAFFLE: Your ticket will enter you to a RAFFLE! You may win some cool prizes that will help you stay on track with your health, and enjoy it too!

*A portion of the class proceeds will be donated to Women With Drive Foundation, a non-for-profit organization that we collaborate with. We enjoy helping other do-gooders!
