Taking Charge of Your Career: Franchising and Business Ownership Options
Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM (PDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
The Entrepreneurship Center at Nunez Community College is proud to bring Taking Charge of Your Career: Franchising and Other Business Ownership Options to Nunez Community College as part of an ongoing series of Entrepreneurship Workshops. The Taking Charge of Your Career Workshop will provide information about the option of owning your own business through franchising, with information on funding and financing, assessing risk, and making the right choices for your lifestyle.
Ted Fireman is the owner of FranNet Louisiana and teaches franchising at Tulane University, the Louisiana Small Business Development Centers, and SCORE. Ted helps individuals decide if owning a business is right for them, and if so - which franchise business matches their needs. Ted's process starts with an online evaluation which gives him a profile of the type of businesses might be right for each individual. He coaches clients through the whole process, then presents several franchise concepts (he currently works with 120 franchises). He then guides clients through a thorough research process. The entire consultative process is free to clients as the franchise companies compensate Ted for providing knowledgeable prospects.
